Cancellation Policy

For a full refund you would need to cancel the booking at least 24 hours prior to start time. If you cancel under that time frame it will result in only a 75% refund. You can reschedule up to 12 hours prior to start time with no fee. If you reschedule under that time, there is a $100 fee applied to your total. This fee will be a requirement in order to receive photos. Rescheduling has a limit of 5 times. Once you try to reschedule the 6th time it turns into a cancelation and only a 75% refund is given. Full payment is required in advance in order to schedule booking. If you are not happy with the photos, I will edit them up to 2 times. So, when you reach out be specific in what you want to change. I send out a cleaning checklist to all my customers days in advance. Once we get to the property we shoot as is. There is no reshooting because the property was not cleaned. All pets that roam the house must be contained in a crate or encloser. All costs related to injures from pets will be the homeowner's. Property owners/ managers or Real Estate Agents are not required to be on the property at the time of appointment. However, I need to be able to access all areas of the property that are required to do my job. Said personnel are welcome to meet me at location at the appointment time, let me in, then leave. However, if I am unable to lock up, I will text and call once, then wait 15 minutes for a response. If no response is given, I will leave. I am not responsible for the property being left unlocked or the events that could potentially happen because of it being unlocked. I also will not wait for people to arrive past the 15 minutes given. I send text updates about the appointment throughout the time I'm there. You will know exactly when I am expecting to leave at least 20 minutes in advance.
